FOUNDER
Parazim Founder, Harmony Oswald, is a native of Western Pennsylvania. Her time as a journalist led to travels from Europe to California, where countless strong and talented women influenced her journey.
Harmony is a Veteran of the U.S. Army, where she served two years in Wuerzburg, Germany with the First Infantry Division. She was honored to receive the Army Achievement Medal for her service as a soldier and broadcast journalist overseas.
Harmony earned her Juris Doctor degree at Santa Clara University School of Law where she received a High Tech Law Certificate with Honors and a High Tech Excellence Award. While at SCU Law, she was selected for a High Tech Internship at Google, Inc. where she wrote a defensive patent publication, published by Google. In 2016, she received a Witkin Award for her research and writing on Gender and the Law issues. In 2017, the inspirational leadership book, "PARAZIM, Strong Warrior Woman" became available at Amazon.com, and the Parazim Legal Blog was recognized as one of the top 75 best blogs on the planet for women in business. Harmony was selected as a top "40 under 40" CA Business Attorney in 2018 by the American Academy of Attorneys and again in 2019 by the National Alliance of Women in Law.
Harmony also holds a B.A. in Law and Society from Penn State University where she graduated summa cum laude, and an Associate Degree in Graphic Design from Bradley Academy.
Harmony competed on NBC's Fear Factor, where she unlocked herself from a platform dangling from a helicopter and jumped into a lake, in a timed setting. Her breakthrough partner and husband is Rick and she is blessed with two amazing kids, Tenor and Sterling.

George Bravo, Esq.
George Bravo is not only an outstanding business attorney, he's also a highly celebrated male ally to women's empowerment. He was born and raised in San Francisco. He earned his Juris Doctor degree at Santa Clara University School of Law in 2015 and has since worked with various types of start-up companies helping them to establish their businesses and minimize their liability exposure. George also has experience working in a Hong Kong law firm. Prior to becoming a lawyer, he worked for various elected officials in the Sacramento City Council, California State Assembly, and the California Lt. Governor's Office.
George has helped numerous women entrepreneurs successfully launch businesses in various industries. He demystifies legalese and guides clients through every legal obstacle. George was a member of the Women and Law Association at Santa Clara University School of Law, he reads up on the unique challenges facing women entrepreneurs through blogs like Zimblog, and supports women empowerment events such as Zimvest.
